I am an Assistant Professor in the Department and Graduate Institute of Library and Information Science at National Taiwan University, where I earned my M.A. degree. I hold a Ph.D. degree in Library and Information Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.A. in History from National Taiwan University. My main research interest is in information behavior. I use both quantitative and qualitative methods to incorporate social and psychological concepts into my research. My main teaching areas include information resources and services, information visualization, and digital libraries.
